Honest, Professional, Skilled, Reliable I’ve used Korlec for several jobs now from simple power points to a very tricky 3-phase installation for an induction cooktop. While others suggested an ugly conduit up the wall, Mick and Tony found a  smarter, neater solution and did it perfectly even though it was very difficult and all with a smile. They also installed my EV charger and were, as always efficient, tidy, and incredibly friendly. What really impressed me however was their honesty. I’d had two other companies - one with a big presence - try to convince me to replace my 10 year old switchboards (over $3000 quoted) claiming they were not compliant. This is not what I had them quoting but it’s what they fixated on. It felt like a hard sell so I did some research and discovered it’s a come fear tactic used by companies. I asked Korlec when they came to quote and Xavier immediately said they were fine and my insurer confirmed it too. That’s when I knew I’d found electricians I could trust. He was extremely patient (I had lots of questions) and super helpful - fabulous customer service!
